What this website is
This site describes services Signal Partner offers to clinics. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance. No contract exists until scope, price, and timeline are agreed in writing between Signal Partner and the clinic.
Published prices
Prices shown as "starting at" are the floor for an engagement of that shape. Final pricing depends on clinic size, workflow complexity, existing systems, and the number of locations, and is confirmed in a written scope before any work begins. The Clinic Friction Review is $500 and is credited toward an eligible implementation when the clinic proceeds.
The calculator and other estimates
The missed-appointment calculator performs arithmetic on figures you enter. It is an illustration of scale, not a forecast, a valuation, or a promise of recovered revenue. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a projection of what any particular clinic will achieve.
Interface previews
Every dashboard, queue, schedule, and walkthrough on this site uses simulated data and invented patient names, and is labeled as illustrative where it appears. None of it shows a real clinic or a real patient.
Testimonials
Testimonials are supplied by clients and reproduced as given. They describe those clients' own experience and are not a guarantee that another clinic will see the same result.
Patient data and compliance
Signal Partner is not a medical records provider and does not give legal, clinical, or compliance advice. Where an engagement involves patient information, the arrangement is documented before anything is connected, and your own compliance adviser should review the design.
Third-party systems
Engagements typically involve calendars, booking platforms, phone systems, and messaging tools operated by other companies. Signal Partner configures and maintains the workflows that run across them, but does not control their availability, pricing, or terms.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and interface work on this site belong to Signal Partner. Configurations built for a clinic during an engagement are covered by that engagement's written agreement, and your operational data remains yours and is exportable on request.
