Website analytics

Public page visits may record the requested page, campaign tags, referring hostname, public IP address, visit time, and high-intent actions such as selecting a booking or contact link. Raw IP addresses are available only inside the authenticated founder console and are retained for 30 days by default.

Enquiries and bookings

What you submit through a form, by email, or over WhatsApp is used to answer the request, prepare the free clinic systems triage, and maintain the resulting business relationship. We do not sell visitor or customer information.

Patient data

This website never collects patient information. Where an engagement involves patient records, that data stays inside systems your clinic controls, only what a workflow needs moves between tools, and the arrangement is documented before anything is connected.
